Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders received before 4pm CST are processed and shipped the same day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. Truck orders or LTL orders typically take an additional day for packaging and scheduling trucks.
Default Shipping Method
Our default shipping method is FedEx Ground or Speedee (Midwest Regional Currier), as we receive the best rates with them. This helps us keep your shipping costs low while ensuring reliable delivery.
Free Shipping Orders
If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be shipped at our discretion using the most cost-effective method available. This may include FedEx Ground or another comparable carrier.
Preferred Shipping Method
If you prefer a different shipping method (such as UPS or expedited service), please let us know at the time of order. Any additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Oversized/Heavy Items
Oversized or heavy items may require additional handling or freight services. Shipping charges for these items will be quoted after checkout, and we will contact you for approval before processing the order.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
Shipping Delays
Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or weather-related issues.
Free Shipping
Qualifying orders will be shipped via ground shipping using a carrier of our choosing.
Free shipping excludes:
- Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select services
- C.O.D. shipments
- Special orders and drop shipments
- Freight truck shipments
- Oversized or special handling items
Products excluded from the free shipping program include, but are not limited to:
- Seats
- Body panels
- Rearends
- Bumpers
- Fuel cells
- Ballast
- Batteries
- Transmissions
- Fuel jugs
- Aluminum sheets
International Shipments
All duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Lefthander Performance does not include these charges in the pricing or shipping total.
Customers are also responsible for obtaining and coordinating with a customs freight broker, if required by the destination country.
Return Policy
We stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
You may exchange a product for another item or request a refund, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility Requirements
- The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us prior to returning the product.
Items not meeting these criteria will not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Restocking Fees
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, at our sole discretion, for returned items. This fee may apply to non-defective items or items returned outside of our standard return conditions.
