Chester - Wide 5 Gun Drilled Axles - 31 Spline

Gun Drilled axles reduce the most amount of rotating weight. They are polished for a mirror like finish.

Manufactured out of special aircraft Hy-Tuff steel and precision machined on a CNC. Shot peened and stress relieved. O.D. polished to eliminate stress riser lines. Gun-drilled axles have axle plugs installed.

• Wide 5 axles are used with Wide 5 and 2" I.D. bearing type hubs (Acro, Howe, Joes) or 2" type axle snouts
• All axles feature a 24 Spline Drive Plate End
• 31 Spline Inner differential Spline

**Axles should be spaced using bolt, lock washer and necessary flat washers to obtain 1/8"-3/16" of total end play. The bolt head should be turned to a dull point so only the dead centers touch.
