The bleed valve allows your Tire Specialist to work more than one tire at a time with the assurance that the tire will automatically drain to the desired pressure. You can set the bleed valve to very low pressures preventing atmospheric air from re-entering the tire during the purge process freeing up your tire guy for other tasks without worrying that they will have to start the purge process over again. You can use the same JOES tire tool to rough in your race pressures. Simply adjust the bleed valve and clip it on your valve stem. Your tire will automatically drain to your desired pressure even when unattended. Use your tire gauge to precisely dial in your final setting.
