The Wehrs WM530 Tire Smasher Load Machine is a powerful tool designed to measure tire load by compressing the sidewall and capturing accurate data through a digital readout. By raising the machine’s table into the tread surface, the system simulates load on the tire and provides a clear load reading on the digital display.

Monitoring tire load helps teams build consistent, matching tire sets from race to race as sidewalls age and deteriorate. Through testing, it has been proven that tire loads can vary between tires even when they appear similar. The Tire Smasher allows teams to identify those differences and maintain consistent performance.

In addition to load measurement, the machine can measure both static and dynamic stagger. This allows you to record stagger readings while the tire is under simulated corner load, providing more realistic data for race setup. Teams can also match and store tire sets based on stagger and tire pressure for improved consistency at the track.

This version includes a mounting flange designed to fit both 5x5 and Wide 5 wheel patterns.
