The Wehrs Ultra Force Automatic Load Machine with Top Screen and Side Unloader is built to deliver unmatched accuracy, durability, and functionality for testing springs, bump stops, and pull bars. Manufactured with CNC-machined components, these machines provide exceptional strength and precision for race teams and chassis builders who rely on accurate suspension data.

All automatic Ultra Force machines include an Automatic Move to Start function, allowing the machine to quickly return to the starting position and speed up the testing process. The system allows users to run tests to a specified load or distance, collecting valuable data that can be stored and analyzed directly on the machine.

The onboard setup page allows users to store center-to-center measurements for all four corners as well as pull bar or lift arm measurements, helping streamline testing and maintain consistency between setups. Test results can be viewed on a graph display, and the system allows you to overlay up to three data files for easy comparison and analysis.

This machine is capable of compressing spring and bump stop assemblies up to 3500 lbs and pulling pull bars up to 3200 lbs, all powered by smooth and consistent electric motor operation.

A quick-adjust wrap-around spring removal arm allows easy unloading of spring packages. Rather than relying on coil spacing, the system uses special spring removal cups for faster and safer spring removal.

This version also includes a Side Unloader attachment, allowing you to test and load extra-tall springs that may not fit inside the main machine frame.

The Top Screen configuration provides improved screen visibility along with an added shelf for convenient tool or accessory storage while working.

Power Requirements & Maintenance

The Ultra Force Load Machine is a fully electric spring and pull bar rater requiring a reliable 120-volt power supply. When operating in a trailer environment, using a clean power certified generator is recommended to reduce the risk of voltage fluctuations that could damage internal electronics.

A surge protector is included with the machine for use when operating on generator power. When using extension cords, only one high-quality industrial cord should be used. Do not connect multiple cords together.

Maintenance requirements are minimal. To ensure long machine life, keep the machine clean and dry and cover it when not in use.
