The Titan 111622 Ball Joint Tap is designed to clean, repair, and re-shape threads in upper control arm ball joint housings. Welding during chassis fabrication or repair can distort the internal threads, making ball joint installation difficult or unsafe. This tap restores proper thread form for accurate and secure assembly.

Built for circle track racing applications, this tool fits common upper control arm ball joint sizes and is intended for hand use only to ensure controlled, precise thread correction.
