The Winters 8" Quick Change Rear End delivers a proven performance advantage by combining reduced weight, lower rotational mass, and race-proven durability. Featuring a 4.12 ring & pinion, this rear end is engineered with an 8-inch ring gear that is 20% smaller and 20% lighter than traditional 10-inch designs—resulting in quicker acceleration and deceleration.

Lower flywheel effect and reduced unsprung weight give every car a competitive edge, with lower horsepower applications seeing the greatest gains. Like Winters’ full-size rears, this assembly is built around their industry-exclusive Permanent Mold A356-T6 aluminum center section and side bells for superior strength and consistency.
